As hopefully you all know by now, Kara and Jill’s book Just Show Up is being released October 1. I have two pieces of good news:

1. You can still pre-order the book and get a discount! Whoohoo!!
   
   [A note to answer questions we’ve been getting. First, you should be able to order the book from any major bookseller. You can see a list of some of the retailers who are selling it. We are not exactly sure when your copy will arrive in the mail if you order online; hopefully it will be October 1, but we’ve heard of books coming early when they’re pre-ordered. And obviously it could come a few days later, too. We just don’t know. Also, the book will be released both as an e-book AND in hard copy, just like The Hardest Peace.]
    
2. Here is the super fun news—if you are as eager as I am about this book coming out, you can receive a few sample chapters from the publisher. David C. Cook has graciously made this excerpt available for us, and it will surely minister to your heart and prepare you to read the book in its entirety. 

In other exciting news, we here at MF will be starting a podcast next week! And what better way to kick it off than to do a series with Jill talking about Just Show Up. Over the course of several weeks, we will discuss the book together and open the door for discussion with you all.
